Fees & Pricing

Boostra is designed to be the most creator-centric platform. We maintain a transparent fee structure across supported regions (UK, US, EU) so supporters and creators can see charges before they commit.

Creator Fee

5%

Flat platform fee on every boost.

Supporter Fees

ยฃ30 / $30 / โ‚ฌ30 ยฃ1.49 (or local equiv)

Withdrawal Fees

Instant ยฃ2.10 + 1.5%

Instant withdrawals have a minimum fee of ยฃ2.50.

Payouts & Thresholds

ยฃ20 / $20 / โ‚ฌ20 MinimumYou can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches this threshold.
On-Demand TransfersAll payouts are initiated manually by the creator via the dashboard overview, with fees shown before confirmation.
Instant ProcessingEligible creators can withdraw funds instantly to supported UK debit cards at the higher instant payout fee.

Referral Programme Rules

Boostra's creator referral programme is designed to reward verified creators who introduce high-quality new creators to the platform.

Current rewardEligible referrers earn 1% of each Boost received by a referred creator during that creator's first 12 months.
Source of fundsReferral rewards come out of Boostra's own 5% platform fee. They do not add extra cost beyond the supporter fees shown at checkout.
EligibilityReferrers must remain verified and have an active connected Stripe payout account to earn and receive referral rewards.
AvailabilityReferral rewards are credited after successful qualifying Boosts and remain subject to settlement, payout timing, fraud review, and reversal risk where applicable.

Refunds & Finality

"Boosts are voluntary contributions and support for a creator's journey. Refunds are not automatic, but payment issues may be reviewed by Boostra support where a charge was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise requires investigation."

Safety & Integrity

We maintain bank-grade security and a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior or chargeback abuse.

Chargeback initiation for voluntary gifts may result in account suspension.
Stripe-powered fraud detection monitors all incoming transactions 24/7.
Users can report profiles that appear to breach platform rules, payment rules, or applicable law. Reports are reviewed manually.
Offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading usernames and slugs may be blocked automatically or removed by moderation.
Self-referrals, coordinated multi-account referrals, artificial boosts, and other attempts to game the referral programme may lead to withheld rewards, reversals, account restrictions, or removal from the programme.

Profile Reporting

If a creator profile appears misleading, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise against our platform terms, logged-in users can submit a report directly from that profile.

Reports should include a clear explanation of the issue. Bad-faith reporting, spam reporting, or harassment through the report system may result in moderation action against the reporter.

Account Closure

Users can request account deletion through Boostra's secure email-confirmed deletion flow. We may delay or reject deletion until unresolved balances, Stripe settlement amounts, chargeback-related concerns, or active withdrawal processing have been fully resolved.

Deleted accounts lose profile access and sign-in access, but Boostra may keep the underlying financial, fraud, moderation, and compliance records required to protect the platform and meet legal obligations.

Deleted usernames and public profile slugs may be permanently locked and never reassigned to another user in order to reduce impersonation and trust abuse.
